Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the master double suite, with split unit a/c, wall mounted TV with cable channels, patio doors to the terrace overlooking the pool and en suite bathroom.

The private swimming pool measures 8 x 4.5 metres and the poolside terrace is stylishly furnished with comfortable seating and sun loungers. There is an exterior dining table and chairs for al-fresco meals cooked on the Weber gas BBQ. An electric awning offers shade over the seating area outside and there are several parasols. Off road parking for one vehicle on the forecourt, protected by the electric entry gate.
Villa Margarida is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover clean, linen change and towel change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2023 bookings are based on 2022 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2022 when contracts are signed.
