Living Areas

Open plan living and dining room furnished to a high standard and complete with split unit a/c; a Bluetooth speaker so you can stream your favourite tunes and a wall mounted flat screen smart TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports.

Fully equipped, spacious kitchen with appliances including a fridge freezer; kettle; toaster; electric hobs; coffee maker; dishwasher; microwave; oven; washing machine; tumble dryer; wine chiller and iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are situated on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres), split unit a/c, flat screen TV with cable channels, double wardrobes with hairdryer and an en suite bathroom.

Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c, doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite bathroom.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the master double suite, with split unit a/c, wall mounted TV with cable channels, patio doors to the terrace overlooking the pool and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom four has twin beds, split unit a/c, an en suite bathroom and doors to the terrace.

Outside Space

The private swimming pool measures 8 x 4.5 metres and the poolside terrace is stylishly furnished with comfortable seating and sun loungers. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge if required. There is an exterior dining table and chairs for al-fresco meals cooked on the Weber gas BBQ. An electric awning offers shade over the seating area outside and there are several parasols. Off road parking for one vehicle on the forecourt, protected by the electric entry gate.

Location

Villa Margarida is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.
