Living Areas

The lounge has ample comfy seating; a fire place; a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc). Triple patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. There is a separate TV room with sofa seating; a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the lounge; a gas fire place and double patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace.

The kitchen is modern with a central island and is well equipped with appliances including an American style fridge freezer with a water and ice dispenser; integrated coffee machine & microwave; a double wine cooler; a kettle; toaster; De Longhi coffee machine; six hob range gas cooker with double electric ovens; two dishwashers and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen dining table has seating for ten people. Double patio doors open onto the outside eating area. A further door opens onto the front courtyard. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level you will find a seating area with spilt unit air conditioning and a sofa; and from here patio doors open on to a terrace with a table and two chairs and steps up to the garden. Next to here is the utility room which houses the washing machine, two tumble dryers, iron and ironing board. Patio door opens onto a small terrace. Also on the lower level is the games room complete with comfy sofa seating, a large Smart flat screen TV, split unit air conditioning, a pool table and a table tennis table. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, flat-screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities. Stairs lead up to bedrooms three & four. Bedroom three is a double room with a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV showing the same channels as previously mentioned, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a patio door opening onto a private balcony overlooking the garden. The bedroom patio doors open onto a small balcony overlooking the garden with a table and one chair. Bedroom four is the master double room with a dressing area, fitted wardrobes, a safe, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV showing the same channels as previously mentioned, and a large en suite bathroom with a spa bath & a walk-in shower. The patio door opens onto a balcony with a table and seating for six overlooking the pool. A further patio door opens onto another private balcony. There is a door in the bathroom that opens onto a small kitchenette area with four electric hobs, a kettle, an electric oven and grill, a dishwasher, and an extractor fan.

Bedrooms five and six can be found on the lower level of the villa. Bedroom five is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as previously mentioned, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a small terrace. Bedroom six is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as previously mentioned and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bath tub and double vanities.

Outside Space

There is plenty of space for parking on the villa forecourt and the property is protected by the electric entry gates. The villa's private swimming pool with steps entry, measures approximately 11 metres x 5 metres and has a children’s pool attached. There is an outside shower. The poolside terrace is furnished with eight sun loungers to relax and soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine and a parasol if you prefer a little shade. There is a gas BBQ and a table with seating for eight people where your al-fresco meals can be enjoyed and a further dining table with seating for eight people. The garden is completely private & peaceful, laid to lawn in areas and is surrounded by trees and shrubs.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Vila Charm is located within walking distance of the fashionable Quinta Shopping. Here guests can enjoy the wide selection of cafes and restaurants.

Rates include a maid cleaning service midweek and weekly; bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and bed linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience. Pool heating is available for an extra weekly supplement.
