With its own private swimming pool, Casa Constantia is ideal for relaxing days in the sunshine. The pool can also be heated for an additional weekly supplement, making it a great choice outside the warmer summer months.

Living Areas
The air conditioned lounge and dining room feature a comfortable open plan design with ample sofa seating. A flat screen Smart TV provides access to a wide range of UK channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Guests are welcome to use their own login credentials to access streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, etc. A large selection of English language books is also available for guests to enjoy.
The spacious dining table seats eight, while double patio doors open onto the upper balcony, offering views over the pool.
The well equipped kitchen includes everything you’ll need during your stay: an American style fridge freezer with water dispenser, four electric hobs, extractor fan, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, electric oven and grill, Smeg toaster and kettle, dishwasher, and juicer.
The adjoining utility room houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A convenient door opens directly onto the driveway, making unloading the car quick and easy.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the entrance level, you’ll find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a double room with a 1.40 m × 2.00 m bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and a small Smart TV for streaming only. Patio doors open onto the front of the villa. The en suite bathroom also serves as the guest cloakroom.
Bedroom two is a double room with a 1.40 m × 2.00 m bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto the upper balcony.
Stairs lead to Bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a twin room with two 0.90 m × 2.00 m beds, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool, furnished with two chairs.
Bedroom four is the master double bedroom, featuring a 1.80 m × 2.00 m bed, fitted wardrobes, split-unit air conditioning, a safe, and a small Smart TV showing the same channel selection as the main TV. The en suite bathroom includes double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private pool-facing balcony furnished with two sun loungers.
Outside Space
From the lounge, patio doors open onto an upper balcony with wonderful views across the pool. Steps lead from the balcony to a secure gate, which can be closed to make the pool area inaccessible to small children—ideal for added peace of mind.
The attractive oval pool measures approximately 8m x 4m and features a charming dolphin mosaic on the floor, as well as built-in steps for easy access. Beside the pool, a sun soaked terrace provides plenty of space to relax on the loungers beneath the parasol, while an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off before or after your swim.
When it’s time to dine, gather around the large outdoor table, with seating for eight, and enjoy delicious al fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ. With various seating areas dotted around the garden, there are plenty of inviting spots to unwind, soak up the sunshine and make the most of your stay.
Location
Casa Constantia is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago on the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars, the local golf courses and the Quinta shopping centre are also just a very short drive away.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon, Wed, & Fri with a midweek bathroom towel change and a weekly bed linen & bathroom towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2027 bookings are based on 2026 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Nov / Dec 2026 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
