All 22 double/ twin rooms are located within the elegant and peaceful area of the Boutique Hotel of the Resort. Each tastefully decorated room offers double or twin beds, a working desk, sitting corner and fully equipped bathroom, including hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and amenities. Bathrobes and slippers are provided for more comfort. There are 4 different colour schemes (orange, red, blue or camel) and overall décor transmits a mediterranean feel.

Vale d’Oliveiras Quinta Resort & Spa is an ideal destination for families with children. Due to the spacious accommodation it offers in a secure and gated environment. The Olive Tree restaurant and the Jasmin Poolbar provide a special children’s menu, printed on the back of a coloring place mat. High chairs are also available. Apart from the outdoor children’s swimming pool, there is a choice of sports activities such as tennis (lessons), swim classes, canoeing tours, darts and table tennis. And let’s not forget about the outdoor playground, which is available to all children up to 12 years of age.

Furthermore, a babysitter can be organized, on request – subject to availability.

Within the vicinity of the Resort, there are also some attractions that one cannot miss as a family. Zoomarine (theme park inspired by marine life), Slide & Splash (waterslide park), Beaches (Praia Grande - playground), Boat trips (to watch dolphins, for example), Quinta dos Vales (wine & art, plus a small animal park), the Castle of Silves are just some of the options!

Children Policy:

One infant is allowed (complimentary on BB, until 3 years old) when sharing the hotel (double/twin) room with 2 adults. Baby cots for infants (0 to 3 yrs) are subject to availability at no charge and must be requested at time of reservation (maximum capacity of the rooms includes infants). Infants up to 3 years old are free on the same board basis as the parents when having the meal at the same time. Discounted board supplements for children from 4 to 12 years old apply when having meals at same time as the parents.

Board Policy

Rooms are on a bed and breakfast basis. Guests have the option to book either half board (daily supplement applies) or full board (daily supplement applies). Half board and full board are based on 3-course set menus or buffet when available (Chef’s suggestion) and do not include drinks. Lunch and dinner can be taken at either The Olive Tree restaurant or Jasmin Pool bar (subject to outlet opening times and resort’s availability).
