Overview

Brand new to the Sun- hat portfolio, we are very proud to present and highly recommend the Colina Villas at Colina da Lapa, situated near the charming coastal resorts of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. This impressive family resort features 17 four bedroom villas all with their own private pools as well as fabulous resort facilities including a large communal pool and separate children's pool; a restaurant serving daily meals and also offering Bed & Breakfast and Half Board options for guests (see note at bottom of description); a complimentary kids club; a children's play area; two tennis courts and a reception that is open 24 hours during the summer months.

In addition to the private swimming pool, each of the villas feature air conditioning throughout; Wi-fi internet; a wide range of international TV channels; fully equipped kitchens for your self-catering needs and are complete with your BBQ and exterior dining area. The villas can be booked as either a three bedroom property or a four bedroom property depending on your required occupancy, and one extra child up to the age of 12 years can sleep on an extra bed for a nightly supplement.

Three of the seventeen Colina Villas also have a heated jacuzzi, which are always subject to availability.

A Bluetooth speaker, so you can listen to your favourite sounds from your smart device, is available for your villa upon payment of a security deposit at reception.

Living Areas

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including electric hobs, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and iron & ironing board.

Open plan living/ dining area furnished with comfy sofas and a dining table & chairs. Split unit a/c, double sided fireplace; Wi-fi internet connection; telephone to reception; 2 x wall mounted flat screen TVs with a wide range of international IPTV channels. Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa and this bedroom has twin beds; split unit a/c; double wardrobes and doors to the patio. This bedroom utilises the adjacent restroom with shower unit. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has twin beds; double wardrobes; dressing area; doors to the balcony and split unit a/c. Bedroom three has twin beds; split unit a/c; double wardrobes and doors to the balcony. Bedrooms two and three are serviced by the adjacent family bathroom, complete with bath with shower over and double vanities.

Bedroom four is the master suite, with double bed; split unit a/c; doors to the terrace; double wardrobes with safe and a large en suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and double vanities.

Outside Space

Every villa has its own private saltwater swimming pool that measures 9 x 4 metres approximately with steps and ladder entry. The poolside terraces are furnished with 8 sun loungers and are flanked by lawn gardens. Shaded poolside comfy seating and dining area, with table and chairs, brick built charcoal BBQ and food prep area.

Communal resort facilities

24 hour reception during the summer months. A courtesy bus runs daily to the centre of Carvoeiro between the months of April and October; and during the months of July and August a courtesy bus will also run daily to the beach at Ferragudo.

On-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and facilitates those guests on bed & breakfast and half board basis. Pool bar, with peak season opening between the months of June and September.

Communal pool, separate children's pool and children's playground. Complimentary kids club with daytime activities runs between the months of May and September.

2 x tennis courts (local charge applies, daytime only) and sand volleyball court.

Location

Colina Villas is located in the Sesmarias area of Carvoeiro, where you will find a good range of restaurants and the golf courses of Gramacho and Pinta are within close driving distance. There are a selection of large supermarkets also within short driving distance. The town centre of Carvoeiro, where you will find an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops and the lovely Praia do Carvoeiro beach, is just 2ks away from the Colina Villas, or alternatively also close-by is the attractive fishing village of Ferragudo, which has a selection of nice eateries and the Praia Grande beach, a good-sized stretch of sand that faces into the calm waters of the estuary making swimming popular here. You will also find some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches along this part of the Algarve coastline, including "Praia de Benagil", "Praia do Calvalho", "Praia de Vale Centeanes" and "Praia da Marinha". And finally, perfect for an entertaining family day out and within close driving distance is the Slide & Splash water park. All in all a great location!

Other Items

Maid service is 6 x per week, not including bank holidays and Sundays. Bathroom towels are changed every 2 days and linen is changed on a weekly basis.
