El Olivo is a newly built villa, offering comfortable, pine fitted, accommodation all on one level and is a comfortable holiday base. There is a covered terrace, with comfy whicker furniture, at the front of the villa overlooking looking the swimming pool and garden, and a covered terrace, with table and chairs and a barbecue, for outdoor dining to the rear.

Balearic's Tourism License - OLIVO-ET-0031-E

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 euro per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
