Tucked away in the countryside, yet just a short drive to the village of San Rafael, the local beaches and Ibiza town, Can Gaspar is an idyllic retreat. Lovingly restored and beautifully decorated throughout, the owners, whose impeccable taste and eye for detail are evident throughout, continue to make changes to the décor to enhance the comfort and beauty of the property and its exteriors. The pool area, with its terraces, decked with wood from Bali, Indonesia and Thailand, and adorned with a hammock, sun loungers and exotic day beds, is a haven of tranquillity and seclusion. There is even a natural cave, which has been converted into a spectacular wine cellar, with a sitting area – the perfect spot to savour a good wine at the end of a day!

Split-level lounge with Satellite TV, CD player, WIFI, ceiling fan, dining area, compact kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.
Off the lounge, there is 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace. A hallway leads to 2 further double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a further room, which can accommodate an extra bed as required.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
