Villa Can Rafalet affords a hilltop location, with sea and sunset views, and is close to the villages of San Agustin and San Jose on the southwest coast of Ibiza.

A newly renovated finca, the interior is spacious and comfortable and features 5 bedrooms (3 doubles & 2 twin bedrooms), 3 shower rooms, and is the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

Renovated with high-quality materials, but still retaining the character of the finca, many rooms have wooden ceilings, and the overall style is a modern twist on the traditional style with most rooms having whitewashed walls.

The exterior includes lush greenery, a relaxation area, and a dining space. A highlight is its Infinity swimming pool with lovely sea views.

Driveway up to parking area, 3 steps up to covered terrace & villa entrance;

Ground floor – entrance hall, living room with comfy sofa & easy chair at one end and banco seating & coffee table at the other end, LCD Satellite TV & WIFI, and up 1 step to kitchen/diner with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, table & chairs and door to terrace.

The rectangular swimming pool, with infinity edge, is set in an open terrace surround with sunbeds & parasols – a lovely spot for sunbathing and for taking in the views across the countryside down to the coast, the bay of San Antonio and Punta Galera.

There is a comfy rattan suite, under a shady tree, at the far end of the pool and to the side, and down 7 steps, are a set of table & chairs, under a covered pergola, a lovely spot for alfresco dining.

There is a barbecue.

Note – care should be taken in the natural woodlands & grounds surrounding the property.

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival, all beds made up & all bathrooms/shower rooms prepared.

There is a compulsory cleaning charge, which is shown in the supplemental items box under the pricing for the villa, which implies the following;

For stays of more than 7 nights, for 8-10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen is carried out, and for more than 10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen, as well as a change of linen & towels, is carried out.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
