Overview

Casa Del Mar is located in a residential area, right in front of the sea!

It offers spacious, modern and comfortable accommodation for 6 persons, with lots of natural light, and is tastefully decorated with good quality furniture throughout.

Patio doors lead out from the living area to the terrace and swimming pool area, with spectacular views of Es Vedra and the coast.

The terrace is very spacious and surrounds the whole villa. Part of the terrace is covered with white pebbles, and the rest of the terrace is tiled, and it is equipped with outdoor sofas and chairs. Next to the main villa entrance there is a Weber barbecue and table & chairs for alfresco dining. There is a total of three automatic awnings that can be opened over the front, side and back terrace to provide shade in these areas.

Just a 5 minutes' walk from the property is the small cove, Cala Codolar. and 1.2kms away is Cala Conta, one of the most beautiful beaches with crystal clear water and the best sunsets.

Gated entrance into grounds, & 2 steps down to side terrace, and villa entrance;

Living area with beamed ceilings & tiled floors, large corner sofa, Satellite TV, WIFI, ceiling fan and doors to terrace, dining area with table & chairs, and 3 steps up to corner kitchen with electric hob & oven and dishwasher. Living/dining and kitchen area is spacious and open plan.

Exterior access to utility room with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Gated entrance into grounds, & 2 steps down to side terrace, and villa entrance;

On one side - 1 double bedroom with Sat TV, doors to terrace and en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom with doors to terrace, 1 shower room.

On the other side – 1 step down to – 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Outside Space

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
