Overview

Villa Anur is In a quiet area, 950m away, from the village of San Jordi in the south of the island, with a wide variety of restaurants (local, Asian, Italian), many with delivery service, as well as shops and a supermarket.

Villa Anur is noted for its architecture and modern style. It offers spacious and comfortable accommodation on one level, with large windows which flood the rooms with light.

The villa is of an “L” shape, with the swimming pool in its centre, with a small, decked edge, and surrounded by astroturf with sunbeds & parasols and a daybed. The garden is dotted with fruit trees and enclosed by hedges. There is a portable BBQ for alfresco dining.

Gates open to the parking area & up 3 steps to villa entrance;

Living/dining area with large sofa & easy chair, Satellite TV, WIFI and picture windows-doors to terrace, kitchen with electric hob (3 rings) & gas hob (2 rings) & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast table & chairs, utility room with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Gates open to the parking area & up 3 steps to villa entrance;

On one side;

1 double bedroom with doors to terrace, 1 shower room.

On the other side;

2 twin bedrooms, both with doors to terrace, 1 bathroom.

Outside Space

Doors lead out, & 4 steps down, to a terrace with table & chairs for alfresco dining, and to the rectangular swimming pool which has a small, decked edge, and is surrounded by astroturf with sunbeds & parasols and a daybed. The garden is dotted with fruit trees and enclosed by hedges. There is a portable BBQ.

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival, all beds made up & all bathrooms/shower rooms prepared.

There is a compulsory cleaning charge, which is shown in the supplemental items box under the pricing for the villa, which implies the following;

For stays of more than 7 nights, for 8-10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen is carried out, and for more than 10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen, as well as a change of linen & towels, is carried out.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
