Villa Sa Tanca Den Lloses is a charming retreat nestled in the serene enclave of Can Furnet, close to Santa Eulalia and Cala Llonga on the east coast of Ibiza, but also just a short drive to the villages of Santa Gertrudis and San Rafael; meaning you can easily explore many areas of Ibiza.

A traditional villa, which has been modernised to blend comfort and style, it offers spacious and comfortable accommodation all on one level.

Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms (3 double bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom), 1 bathroom (with separate shower cubicle) and 1 shower room, a comfortable living/dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with appliances and kitchenware.

Doors lead out from the living/dining area to a covered terrace, with table & chairs, and there is a built-in barbecue for alfresco dining.

The rectangular swimming pool, with 4 wide steps into the shallow end, is set in an open terrace surround with sunbeds & parasols, and a day bed, enclosed by a wall, and surrounded by picturesque, landscaped gardens.

There is a compulsory cleaning charge, which is shown in the supplemental items box under the pricing for the villa, which implies the following;

For stays of more than 7 nights, for 8-10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen is carried out, and for more than 10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen, as well as a change of linen & towels, is carried out.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
