Overview

Can Carreras is set in the countryside, a short drive to the small village of San Lorenzo in the north of the island.

A country track (off the main road, which runs from Ibiza Town to Portinatx), and passing through picturesque countryside and lush landscapes, leads up to the property, and gates open into the grounds.

With views to the pine tree covered hills, Can Carreras is an ideal choice for those looking to chill out and recharge in nature, yet is also ideal for exploring the island. It is close to the towns of Santa Eulalia, Sant Joan and Santa Gertrudis, and beaches like Benirrás (a picturesque cove with crystal-clear waters & spectacular sunsets) and Aguas Blancas (a beautiful sandy beach with a laid-back atmosphere).

Can Carreras sleeps 8 persons and offers spacious and comfortable accommodation. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and the other three bedrooms feature twin beds. There is a bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and a shower room.

Outdoors, there is the rectangular swimming pool, terraces for both sunbathing and dining alfresco, and large gardens with fruit trees and lovely rural views.

The rectangular swimming pool, with 3 steps into the shallow end, is set in an open terrace surround with sunbeds. There are two covered terraces with table & chairs and a barbecue for alfresco dining.

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival, all beds made up & all bathrooms/shower rooms prepared.

There is a compulsory cleaning charge, which is shown in the supplemental items box under the pricing for the villa, which implies the following;

For stays of more than 7 nights, for 8-10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen is carried out, and for more than 10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen, as well as a change of linen & towels, is carried out.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
