Overview

Located in Sa Carroca, a quiet residential area in the south of the island with the bar/restaurant, Bar Sa Carocca, popular with locals, just a one minute away and a Mercadona supermarket just a five minutes’ walk away.

A small road leads down to gates, which open to the grounds and parking area of Villa Sa Carocca, which offers spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels.

There is one bedroom, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom (with a corner bath & separate shower) on the ground floor and the remaining three bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite full shower room, a further double bedroom with archway to twin bedroom (interconnecting bedrooms - ideal for a family), and a full shower room on the first floor.

Doors lead out from the living/dining area to a covered terrace with table & chairs for alfresco dining and two steps down to the astro-turfed terrace with sunbeds & daybed surrounding the kidney-shaped salt-water swimming pool.

Villa Sa Carocca and its location offer the balance of a quiet, residential atmosphere, ideal for relaxing, and the convenience of being connected to everything, close to the village of San Jordi, the resort of Playa den Bossa and Ibiza town, as well as the beautiful beaches of Salinas and Es Cavellet.

Ground floor – Entrance hall, corridor to 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace, 1 full bathroom (with corner bath & separate shower).

First floor – staircase up to landing & corridor to 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite full shower room, 1 further double bedroom with doors to terrace and archway to twin bedroom with doors to terrace (interconnecting bedrooms - ideal for a family), 1 full shower room.

Note, the ground floor bedroom has air-conditioning, and the first-floor bedrooms also have air-conditioning, but this is controlled from a central panel on the landing, in the corridor outside the bedrooms.

Outside Space

There is a kidney-shaped swimming pool, with 3 stone steps into the shallow end and a metal stepladder into the deep end, set in an open terrace surround with sunbeds & a daybed, and surrounded by astroturf. There is a covered terrace with table & chairs and a barbecue for alfresco dining. There is a playhouse for children

2kms, to the village of San Jordi with a wide variety of restaurants (local, Asian, Italian), many with delivery service, as well as shops and a supermarket.

3kms, to Playa den Bossa, a vibrant resort with bars/cafés/restaurants, shops, a long sandy beach, lively beach clubs, and famous nightclubs of Ushuaia & Hi Ibiza.

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival, all beds made up & all bathrooms/shower rooms prepared.

There is a compulsory cleaning charge, which is shown in the supplemental items box under the pricing for the villa, which implies the following;

For stays of more than 7 nights, for 8-10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen is carried out, and for more than 10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen, as well as a change of linen & towels, is carried out.

Pool Towels included.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
