Terrace doors, from the living area, lead out to the rear of the villa, with a barbecue for outdoor dining, and steps lead down to the L-shaped swimming pool and its terraces - a lovely spot for private sunbathing, while the leafy shade from the surrounding trees provides the perfect escape from the midday sun.

The village of San Jose, with a selection of tapas bars, restaurants, boutique shops and two local supermarkets, is just 5 minutes’ drive away, as is the beach of Cala Tarida, with the beaches of Cala Moli, Cala Conta & Cala Vadella, just a little further away.

Note – Care should be taken with children and the rope-style balustrade and unguarded edge on the swimming pool terrace.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
