Overview

Villa Can Love is a beautiful villa, surrounded by tranquillity, yet just a short drive from the charming village of San Jose and some of the best beaches in South-west Ibiza.

Blending perfectly into its natural surroundings, Can Love offers spacious, modern and very comfortable accommodation on two levels, with the living/dining/kitchen area and 1 double bedroom on the ground floor, and the remaining 3 double bedrooms on the first floor. All rooms are bathed in natural light, thanks to large windows and doors, and furnished in a contemporary style, in beautiful natural tones.

Terrace doors, from the living/dining area, lead out to the rear of the villa. Steps lead down to the L-shaped swimming pool and its terraces, with sunbeds & a day-bed - a lovely spot for private sunbathing, while the leafy shade from the surrounding trees provides the perfect escape from the midday sun.

There is a covered seating & relaxation area, and a covered terrace with table & chairs, and a barbecue, for alfresco dining. Relax by the private pool or in the lush garden for moments of pure serenity.

There is a local restaurant, Sa Soca, just 300m away, the small village of San Agustin is approx. 3.1kms away and the village of San Jose is approx. 5.9kms away, where you can find almost everything: supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, coffee shops, fishmongers, butchers, bakeries, and a wide variety of bars, cafes and restaurants.

Living Areas

Gates open to the grounds, and lead to the parking area & villa/entrance;

Ground floor – small entrance hall opening to spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. Living area with L-shaped, grey-coloured sofa & chair, Satellite TV, WIFI, Dolby surround system, and doors to terrace, around to dining area with table & chairs and doors to terrace, and kitchen with central island, with gas hob & sink, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

All rooms bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows and doors, and lovely views of the pool area and surrounding beautiful olive grove & grounds can be enjoyed.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Gates open to the grounds, and lead to the parking area & villa/entrance;

Ground floor – 1 double bedroom with door to balcony/terrace (and wash-hand basin & shower on the balcony/terrace), 1 separate toilet.

First floor – Modern stone, partially open, staircase up to - master suite with picture windows, double bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite – freestanding bath, two showers, wash-hand basin - all open to the bedroom - and a separate toilet. Two further double bedrooms, one with door to balcony & the other with picture windows, and both with en-suite shower & basin – separate toilet.

Please note that the sleeping is restricted to 6 persons.

Outside Space

Terrace doors, from the living/dining area, lead out to the rear of the villa.

The villa and all bedrooms & bathrooms/shower rooms will be fully prepared for arrival. There is a final cleaning charge it is a mandatory charge to be paid at the time of booking.

Extra cleaning hours and change of bed linen and towels can be arranged on request for during the stay, at an additional charge.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
