Originally an old farmhouse, it has been lovingly restored by its owners in 2014, to offer spacious, modern and comfortable accommodation all on one level, with a very pleasing décor throughout. There is a great choice of restaurants, such as Restaurant Maria Luisa, a fish restaurant, Restaurant Le Terrazze, an Italian restaurant and Restaurant Cana Sofia, a wonderful front-line restaurant, for when dinner out calls!

Living area with large L-shaped sofa & 2 easy chairs, Satellite TV, DVD player, Music system, WIFI, fireplace and doors to terrace, dining area, archway to kitchen with breakfast bar & 2 stools, 3 ring electric hob & oven, microwave and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine & tumble drier and door to outside.

2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom (note – this room is suitable for children/teenagers only, as sleeping arrangements are 3 futon-style single beds), 1 full bathroom, 1 full shower room, 1 further shower room.

The swimming pool is located to the front of the property and is surrounded by high quality artificial lawn, with sunbeds and a beautiful day-bed. There is a covered terrace to the side of the property with table and chairs, and a built-in barbecue, for alfresco dining

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
