In this newly built villa of 250 square metres, you will find accommodation for 8 persons, distributed over two floors, a beautifully designed villa with large and bright spaces, elegant furniture, and quality services and equipment throughout.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious and comfortable living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, all with en-suites, and a guest cloakroom. On the lower ground floor, there is an independent studio-a 1-bedroom unit, with en-suite, integrated kitchen/living room, and terrace.

For many the best feature is the large garden with swimming pool, integrated jacuzzi and cascading water feature, solarium with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and enjoying moments of peace and quiet. Enjoy a swim with a view or simply relax and lose yourself in the horizon!

Lower ground floor, the lower level - an independent apartment with 1 bedroom, an open-plan living area & kitchenette, and a shower room.

There is a compulsory cleaning charge, which is shown in the supplemental items box under the pricing for the villa, which implies the following;

For stays of more than 7 nights, for 8-10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen is carried out, and for more than 10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen, as well as a change of linen & towels, is carried out.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
