Overview

Nestling amongst the pine trees, Can font offers peace, tranquility and seclusion and is the perfect choice for a rural hideaway. An original Ibicencan “Finca”, with thick stonewalls, tiled floors and beamed ceilings, it has been lovingly restored by its owners to offer split-level accommodation and a very comfortable holiday base. The swimming pool is located to the rear of the property, surrounded by an open terrace, enclosed by pine trees and is a lovely spot for private sunbathing. A perfect choice if you wish to escape from the outside world for a week or two, yet just a short drive to the pretty village of Santa Gertrudis, with its relaxed bohemian vibe and a good selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Living area with Satellite TV, DVD, CD player, WIFI and doors to terrace, dining area, kitchen with microwave and dishwasher (exterior access to utility room with washing machine).

On one side of the living area, there is 1 double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. On the other side of the living area, there is a shower room and 5 steps down to a further double bedroom with walk-in wardrobes and a ceiling fan.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
