Ground floor: Living area with feature stone wall & beamed ceiling, L-shaped sofa, Smart TV, WIFI & patio doors to terrace, arching to open-plan modern kitchen with induction hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and dining area with table & chairs and door to terrace. Utility room with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor: 1 twin bedroom with doors to terrace & en-suite bathroom, 1 further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

First floor: 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace & open - ensuite bathroom (also with separate shower).

Balearics Tourism License – VT-397 (Son Duri)

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
