Completely renovated, this thoughtfully designed villa, with natural stone walls and cooling tiled floors, invites you to unwind in a blend of contemporary comfort and sustainable living.

Doors lead out from the living/dining/kitchen area, on the ground floor level, to the terraces, a covered terrace with comfy rattan suite, and table & chairs, for alfresco dining, and to the rectangular swimming pool, set in an open terrace surround, a lovely spot for sunbathing and for taking in the panoramic views of the coast.

Note – Care should be taken with the elderly & young children, in view of the number of steps & levels in the property and in the grounds. There is pathway below the villa & pool area which leads to a platform, with a stepladder into the sea. This access to the sea is not suitable for young children or those with limited mobility. There are no handrails.

There is a large rectangular swimming pool, with 5 stone steps into the shallow end, set in an open terrace surround (enclosed by horizontal balustraded railings – care should be taken with children) with sun loungers & parasols. The terrace affords panoramic views of the coast.

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. No mid-week towel change on reservations of 7 days.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms, 24hrs a day.

Please note that there is a Security Deposit of 2500 euros and this will be taken by Sun-Hat Villas & Resorts pre-departure. Any damages or breakages, or additional charges, will be advised by the owner on the day of departure, charged to this credit card and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will then be refunded accordingly.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV-16016 (Sa Torre)

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
