A country track, off the road running from Cala D’Or (Cala Egos) to Porto Petro, leads up to the property, Pleta de Sa Punta, which offers spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels.
Sleeping 8 persons, with 1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom, each with their own en-suite facilities on each level, it is the ideal choice for two families wishing to travel together looking for a little space and independence in the layout of their accommodation.
The rectangular swimming pool, which measures 11m x 5.5m (depths – 1.2m – 1.6m – 1.9m), and with 5 stone steps into the shallow end, is set in an open terrace surround, a lovely spot for sunbathing, and there are two covered terraces, one with a comfy suite, and the other with table & chairs, and a built-in barbecue by the pool, for alfresco dining.
Lovely views of the surrounding countryside, across to Porto Petro, can be enjoyed from the property.
The marina of Cala D’Or is only 1 km away, with bars/cafes/restaurants, a few boutiques and a supermarket.
The fishing village of Porto Petro with bars/cafes/restaurants, local shops and a supermarket is also 1 km. away.
Main shopping area and centre of Cala D;Or, 2.5 kms away.
Note, as Pleta de Sa Punta is set just off the road running from Cala D’Or (Cala Egos) to Porto Petro, please note there is some road noise at the property.

From the parking area, a pathway leads up to a covered terrace & the villa entrance;
Ground floor – entrance hall overlooking interior patio, on the left-hand side – spacious living room with 2 comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI and 2 sets of doors to terrace, on the right-hand side – dining room and doors to terrace, and through to kitchen with ceramic hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, table & chairs and doors to terrace, utility room with washing machine and door to terrace.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Cala d'Or .

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
