Ca’n Baltasar & Ca’n Magdalena each sleep 6 persons, and when taken together, they are the perfect combination for two families wishing to holiday together but looking for the space and independence in their own accommodation.

They are a mirror of one another and offer spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels.

The centre of the resort is only fifteen minutes away and the marina road leads down to the beach at Cala Egos. The harbour is a sophisticated mix of super yachts and upmarket restaurants and stylish shops and chic bars line the cobbled streets.

Offering spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels, Ca Na Magdalena sleeps 6 persons, is located next door to Ca’n Baltasar, making it ideal for groups of families and friends wishing to enjoy their holiday together, but looking for the space and independence of their own accommodation.

The ground floor accommodates the living/dining and kitchen areas, with doors to terrace and garden. The swimming pool sits to the side, with poolside shower and sun loungers aplenty. There’s a tropical thatched parasol to shade the al fresco dining area, a brick built BBQ and a table tennis table for entertainment.

The upper level accommodates three bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms (one more compact than the other) sharing a bathroom. There is a terrace from which beautiful views of the surrounding area can be enjoyed.

Note – Each villa & pool is set in its own grounds, there is a dividing wall with a gate, allowing you to pass between the villa grounds.

Ground floor - Living/dining area with Satellite TV, DVD player, Music system, WIFI and doors to terrace. Kitchen with electric hob & oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and door to terrace. Guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

First floor – 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace & en-suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms (one of the twin bedrooms is more compact in size & suitable for children only, 1 full bathroom.

1.5kms from the beach of Cala Egos.

For bookings over of more than 7 nights, there is a weekly light clean and change of linen & towels.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
