Located in quiet residential area of Cala D’Or, the stylish Marina with its waterside bars & restaurants is a close by, and the centre with its extensive selection of shops, boutiques, bars & restaurants, is just a short stroll away.

This architect designed villa comprises the living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, it is of open-plan design and overlooks the swimming pool and terrace. The living/dining area is L-shaped with two comfortable sofas, dining table and matching chairs, and there is a breakfast bar to a modern kitchen. Light and bright, with patio doors out to the terrace.

There is also one bedroom, with queen size double bed and an adjacent shower room, on this ground floor level.

The three further bedrooms are on the first-floor level, one bedroom with queen size double bed and en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms (which can be made up as “queen-size” beds) and a bathroom (with separate shower cubicle).

Outside, to the rear of the property, is the rectangular swimming pool, set in a terrace surround, bordered by a small lawned garden with trees, and enclosed by walls – a lovely spot to relax.

Note - The owner has requested “No Smoking” at the property.

Ground floor - the living, dining and kitchen area is of open-plan design. The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor directly to Sun-hat which we will pass on to the local agents who in turn will give to the government.
