Overview

Villa Barbara is located in a residential area, walking distance to the centre of Cala D’Or, with its extensive selection of shops, boutiques, bars & restaurants, as well as the beautiful marina.

The beach of Cala de Ses Dones is just 100m away and the larger beach of Cala Gran is just a little further, at 300m.

Accommodation consists of the main villa, which sleeps 6 persons, and a separate annexe, which sleeps a further 4 persons, and is the ideal choice for a large family or group of friends looking for space and independence in the layout of their holiday accommodation.

With a large swimming pool, set in beautifully kept and well-manicured lawned gardens, there is lots of space, and shade, to relax and escape the summer heat.

You can enjoy meals indoors and al fresco, with the outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, and there is a large farmhouse table, as well as a lovely rattan suite, on the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. Next to the pool is a room with WC & shower.

Villa Barbara is a wonderful place for families and friends to spend holidays together in lovely surroundings.

Ground floor – Split-level living dining area with comfy sofa and two easy chairs-chaise longues, Satellite TV- 55inch Smart TV- WIFI, feature grand piano and doors to terrace, leading to kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine.

Main villa;

Semi-circular staircase up to first floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom (with corner bath & shower fitment).

Corridor and further staircase up to second floor – 2 twin bedrooms, 2 shower rooms.

Exterior access to annexe above the garage – 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower room.

Outside Space

With a large swimming pool, set in beautifully kept and well-manicured lawned gardens, and lots of space, and shade, to escape the summer heat. Outdoor kitchen, and barbecue area, and a large farmhouse table, as well as a lovely rattan suite, on the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens.

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

Air conditioning throughout.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor directly to Sun-hat which we will pass on to the local agents who in turn will give to the government.
