Steps lead down to the rectangular swimming pool, set in an open terrace surround, a lovely spot for sunbathing and for watching the boats entering and leaving the harbour, the ebb and flow of coastal life. As the sun sets, the luminous pool transforms the garden into an enchanting oasis, where palm trees and native flora sway in the breeze.

Villa Riviera is well-positioned, just 500m from the centre of Cala Egos with its selection of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, and 280m from the beach, Calo des Pou. The centre of Cala D’Or is 2kms away.

Note – Care should be taken with the elderly & young children, in view of the number of steps at the property – there are steps down to the entrance, steps to connect the three levels within, and steps externally, terraces & down to the swimming pool.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days. There is a cleaning charge of 230 euros per week and this has been costed in accordingly.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms, on a timer, 1300-1500hrs & 2000hrs-0800hrs.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV-680 (Sa Barraca den Bota)

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 euro per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
