Casa Alicia

Overview

Located on a corner plot, in a residential area, just a short walk from the centre of Cala d’Or, with its shops, bars/cafes/restaurants, marina and lovely beaches, Casa Alicia is the perfect choice for those looking for a resort-based villa with private pool.

The front door is reached through a gated entrance and opens into a hallway. To the right is a guest cloakroom and then two steps lead down to the open plan living/dining area, with white walls, splashed with colour from the modern prints and comfortable furniture. Off the hallway to the left, is a modern, fully equipped, corner kitchen, with windows overlooking the pool and side of the property.

A staircase, with wrought iron banister, leads to the first floor and the three bedrooms. There are one double and two twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite and doors to terrace, overlooking the swimming pool.

The villa has WIFI and air-conditioning.

Doors lead out from the living/dining area to the terrace, where you’ll find the 9m x 4m swimming pool, as well as sunbeds and parasols, and table and chairs, and a barbecue, for outside dining.

Casa Alicia is southwest facing and enjoys the sun on the pool and terraces until late in the evening.

Living Areas

Gated entrance into grounds & ahead to the villa entrance;

Ground floor – Entrance hall, and 2 steps down, to living/dining area. Living area with 2 chocolate-coloured sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI and doors to terrace, dining area with table & chairs, around to kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Gated entrance into grounds & ahead to the villa entrance;

Ground floor – Entrance hall, guest cloakroom.

First floor – a staircase, with wrought iron banister, leads to the first floor - 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace & en-suite bathroom (and separate shower), 2 twin bedrooms, each with doors to terrace & en-suite shower room.

Outside Areas

Doors lead out from the living/dining area to a covered terrace and to the 9m x 4m swimming pool, which is surrounded by a sun terrace, with sunbeds and parasols.

There is a brick-built barbecue, which is located conveniently for the kitchen and terraces, and for those meals al-fresco by the pool.

The villa is southwest facing and enjoys the sun on the pool and terraces until late in the evening.

Shops, Bars/Cafes/Restaurants and centre of Cala D’Or: 600m.

Beach of Cala Petita: 450m and Beach of Cala Gran: 600m.

Services

Cot and highchair are available on request, at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per week (for both items).

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

Air-conditioning in the living area & the bedrooms.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor directly to Sun-hat which we will pass on to the local agents who in turn will give to the government.
