Overview

The El Puerto apartment complex is an exclusive development above the Marina of Cala D’Or.

The complex is a gated complex of 53 apartments – it comprises of six blocks, four on one side and two on the other side, and across three levels – ground floor, first floor and second floor.

The complex offers a large communal swimming pool, with children’s section, sun terrace with ample loungers for the exclusive use of residents, Mediterranean landscaped gardens, laid to lawn with palm trees, and private parking.

We are delighted to feature three apartments – El Puerto 1-3 & 1-7 both in block 1 (1-3, on the ground floor, 1-7 on the first floor) and El Puerto 3-11 in block 3 (on the top floor).

The apartments, with access provided by lift and stairs, are well presented, with good quality furniture and decoration, and are the perfect choice for a family holiday.

They consist of a comfortable living/dining area with access to a furnished terrace (note – El Puerto 1-3 also has a small lawned area at the end of its terrace and 3-11 also has a roof terrace), fully equipped kitchen, utility room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shower room.

Location wise they are a short walk to the Marina – either down some steps coming out at the Yacht Club, or along the road coming out at the Spar supermarket. It is a little further to the centre of Cala D’Or (15-20 minutes) but it is a lovely walk around the Marina, past all the restaurants and yachts.

Note - The owner has requested “No Smoking” at the properties.

The apartments, with access provided by lift and stairs, are beautifully presented with good quality furniture and decoration and consist of a comfortable living/dining area with comfy sofa & easy chair, Satellite TV and WIFI, archway to compact kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The apartments, with access provided by lift and stairs, are beautifully presented with good quality furniture and decoration and consist of 2 bedrooms (either 2 doubles, 2 twins or 1 double/1 twin – see photos), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room.

Cot and highchair are available on request, at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per week (for both items).

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

Air conditioning/Central heating throughout.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor directly to Sun-hat which we will pass on to the local agents who in turn will give to the government.
