The first cot and highchair are available on request and are free of charge.
Change of towels during the week on bookings of 7 days, with cleaning and change of linen & towels mid-stay on bookings of 14 days or more
Air-conditioning is in the bedrooms and living room, it is available 24hrs, set to a minimum of 22 degrees.
Please be aware that the air conditioning will not function unless doors and windows are closed.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
