Overview

Can Pessal is set in the in the countryside and just a short distance from the little village of Es Carritxo, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and a bustling market every Sunday morning.

It is a traditional farmhouse, built of stone and with beamed ceilings, which has been renovated by its owners, to offer spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels.

Accommodation

Ground floor - Lounge with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, WIFI, a wood-burning stove and picture window with wonderful country views. Dining area leading to compact but well equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. There is also a twin bedroom and a small shower room on this level.

First floor - Single bedroom, twin bedroom and a double bedroom. These bedrooms share a modern shower room. There is also a sun terrace with great views on this level.

Near the pool, there is an annexe with a double bedroom and an en-suite shower room. Also in this annexe, but with separate access, there is a utility room with washing machine and a toilet.

Outside, an old pine tree provides shade to the barbecue area and terrace. The pool (7m x 4m and. Depth. Min. 1.20 m. Max. 1.8m.) has Roman step entry and enjoys lovely country views. Close to the pool area there well kept fruit garden and there is also a volley ball court too.

Location

Approximately 1.5kms from the small village of Es Carritxo, 6kms from the beach, shops and resort of Cala D'Or and the town of Felanitx is a 10 minutes drive away.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days..

Air conditioning in the living room (10.00h. to 18.00h.) and the landing on the first floor (21.00h to 09.00h). Also in the external bedroom by the pool (21.00h to 09.00h).

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
