3 steps from the terrace lead down to the swimming pool, with Roman step entry, sunbeds & 2 fixed parasols.

Ground floor – entrance hall leading to corridor and bedrooms – 1 x double & 1 twin bedroom, both with doors to terrace, and 1 double( 1.80 x 2m) with en-suite bathroom (& overhead shower fitment), 1 further twin bedroom, 1 shower room, 1 cloakroom.

First floor – 1 double bedroom with walk-in wardrobes, doors to balcony and en-suite bathroom (& separate shower cubicle).

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
