Overview

We are delighted to offer Finca Sea and Sky, a charming Adults only, Agroturismo property.

Surrounded by extensive grounds of olive, carob and fig trees, as well as gardens with views of the mountains, the estate, and Finca Sea and Sky, offers the perfect setting for couples to reconnect with nature and enjoy rural tourism at its finest.

The property comprises 9 rooms/studios, each for 2 persons, and they are spacious, have a traditional décor, have ensuite facilities and are equipped with A/C, private safe, minibar style fridge and private terrace with seating.

The property offers the following shared facilities - free parking, an outdoor swimming pool, terraces with lovely views of the surrounding countryside, a comfortable lounge, and a breakfast room which features a fireplace, stone walls and beamed ceilings.

The market town of Santanyi is just a 10 minutes’ drive away, with a lovely market on a Wednesday and Saturday and the beach & resort of Cala D’Or is just a little further, 15 minutes’ drive away.

The setting of this property is truly idyllic and combines the tranquillity of the Majorcan countryside with the comforts of home.

Note – The property is Adults only, Non-smoking & features WIFI.

Living Areas

The property has a large living area, with comfy sofas, and doors lead to terrace, with a shaded sitting area.

Fully equipped kitchen * with appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, electric hobs, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.

Next to the kitchen is the dining room, with a large dining table and doors to the terrace.

*Note – the kitchen is only available for those staying in the bedroom accommodation only, for daily breakfast preparation, and for dinner preparation twice a week if required – note the use of kitchen for dinner must be pre-booked in advance).

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

All rooms & studios are accessed independently from the grounds (not from the communal living areas).

Room & Studio Accommodation - All are large (ranging between 23 – 30 sqm), have private ensuite facilities, and are equipped with A/C, private safe, minibar style fridge and private terrace with seating.

1 – Studio Ponent – on the first floor of the main house and considered a master bedroom with large upper level southwest facing terrace and private a large super king double bed 2.00m x 2.00m, private ensuite facilities.

2 – Room Llevant – on the first floor of the main house within the tower with triple aspect to the countryside and mountains, a super king size bed 1.80m x 2.00m and stairs up to the upper terrace with distant views and battlements. (not recommended for children). Private ensuite facilities.

3 – Studio Tramuntana – on the first floor of the main house with views to the north and mountains a large 40 sqm terrace, a super king 1.80m x 2.00m bed. Private ensuite facilities.

4 – Room Migjorn – on the ground floor of the main house with private terrace and views to interior patio, a queen 160m x 1.90m bed.

5 – Studio Gregal – on the ground floor of the main house with private terrace and views to the pool, a super king 1.80m x 2.00m bed Private ensuite facilities.

6 – Studio Llebeig - on the ground floor this detached annexe is situated next to the pool and considered to be the other Master bedroom with private terrace a large super king 2.00m x 2.00m double bed. Private ensuite facilities

7 – Studio Mestral – on the ground floor within the double annexe with Figueras, with private terrace and a large super king 2.00m x 2.00m and private facilities

8 – Studio Figueras - on the ground floor within the double annexe with Mestral, with private terrace and a large super king 2.00m x 2.00m and private facilities “muy bonito”.

9 – Room-Junior Suite Xaloc – on the ground floor of the main house with private terrace, king-size bed and en-suite shower room.

Note – the studios have a small kitchen, the bedrooms can use the shared kitchen – see detailed note above.

Outside Space

Finca Sea and Sky is situated on an extensive estate, with landscaped gardens & areas laid to lawn.

In addition to the fabulous pool area (swimming pool measures 13 x 6 metres), complete with sun loungers, parasols, exterior shower, and guest cloakroom, there is a lovely terrace with comfortable seating and shade.

Other Items

The property is managed by Antoinette and Rafael who are always available should you need them (they reside in their apartment on the driveway leading up to the property).

Tourism License- AG/121

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
