Built of stone, it offers a comfortable, light and airy pine interior and is perfect for a couple or small family. The swimming pool is located to the rear of the property and is surrounded by a sun terrace on one side and gardens laid to lawn with trees and shrubs on the other. There is also a separate covered terrace and barbecue for outdoor dining and a playhouse and table tennis table, which the children will just love!

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
