Overview

As the name suggests, Corso de S’Horta is located on the outskirts of the lovely little village of S’Horta.

Here you will find local shops, a bank, a bakery or can enjoy a meal in the bars / restaurants in the town's square.

The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Sanau is 3.8 km away. The natural harbour of Porto Colom and Cala D'Or, with its sandy coves and cosmopolitan centre, are also just a short drive away.

An attractive Mallorcan stone property, Corsa de S’Horta offers accommodation all on one level, the ground floor level (note – the first floor is locked off for storage purposes by the owner) – spacious, comfortable, and traditional accommodation.

From the entrance, there is access to the living/dining area, which has access to the rear terrace, a wooden fitted, classic style kitchen and 3 bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed, views of the pool, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite shower-room. The third bedroom also with two single beds has an en-suite shower-room. There is a guest toilet and laundry room.

The exterior is very nice and well cared for. There are grassy areas, surrounding the swimming pool, open and covered terraces, and built-in barbecue for al fresco dining.

Ground floor – Living area with Satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI and archway to dining area, table & 6 chairs and doors to terrace, wooden fitted kitchen with breakfast table & chairs, induction hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Ground floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms, both with en-suite shower room, 1 guest cloakroom.

L-shaped swimming pool with sunbathing terrace, sunbeds & parasols, gardens laid to lawn with trees & shrubs, table & chairs and built-in barbecue for alfresco dining, table tennis table for entertainment.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV/166

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
