Set in the countryside, surrounded by almond groves, Can Alou is close to the village of S'Horta, and just a short drive to the resort of Cala D’Or, with its shops, bars, restaurants, marina and lovely sandy coves.
Accommodation
Can Alou has been lovingly restored by its owners and offers comfortable accommodation all on one level. Entrance to living/dining area with Satellite TV, DVD, WIFI and comfortable sofas leading to the open-plan farmhouse style kitchen with microwave and washing machine.
Two bedrooms, one double and one twin, share one full bath/shower room. The villa offers fans, as well as air conditioning, in the bedrooms.
Outside, the swimming pool has roman step entry and is surrounded by terraces and grassed areas which offer lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The stone built barbecue is set to one end of the pool and is perfect for outdoor cuisine.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
