This unique property comprises the main villa, and an adjacent annexe, and is an ideal choice for a large family or group looking for space and independence in the layout of their accommodation.

Set on a huge plot of land in the residential area of Binidali, there is local bar/restaurant and a beautiful sandy cove, five minutes walk away (however there are a number of steps to access the beach!).

Living Areas

Main villa: Entrance to open-plan living/dining room area, beautifully furnished and with beamed ceilings, with Satellite TV, a DVD player and doors out to the pool terrace. The whole property has WIFI access. Breakfast bar to well-equipped kitchen with an electric hob & oven, large American Style fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and door to terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

1 double bedroom with beamed ceilings, doors to terrace, feature in room sunken bath and 2 steps up to a separate area with double vanity unit, shower cubicle and toilet. 1 further double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room, 3 twin bedrooms, one with doors to terrace, 1 shower room and a guest cloakroom.

Annexe, this will be locked if reserving as a 5 bedroom villa: Sitting area with table & chairs, kitchenette with 2 ring gas hob, fridge freezer and sink, 1 double bedroom with beamed ceilings and doors to terrace, 1 shower room. The annexe also has its own covered terrace with dining table, chairs, sun loungers and swing seat.

All bedrooms, including the annexe, have air-conditioning.

Outside Space

A pathway of steps leads up to the villa and to the swimming pool, which is heatable and has a removable fence to ensure safety for children, both available on request and at a supplementary charge. The outdoor terrace and garden area is tastefully landscaped, with lovely lawned areas, and is a lovely place to both sunbathe and swim during the heat of the day but also to sit out and enjoy the warm summer evenings. On the terrace there is rattan lounge suite, a table and chairs, and a barbecue for dining al fresco.

Location

Approximately 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the Binidali Beach Bar, Son Sis, and 5 minutes drive to bar/restaurants and shops in San Clemente.

Other Items

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.

Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 22 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours.

Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 14 euros per person (plus a further 22 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.
