Overview

This beautiful, four bedroomed villa is located in the popular resort of Binibeca.

It has been constructed using the famous Balearic mares stone which makes it stand out from the rest!

It has plenty of space both inside and out, perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

A spacious entrance hall leads into an open-plan living/dining & kitchen area with doors to terrace and there are four bedrooms, all doubles, with the fourth being located off the kitchen, reached via a short passageway, and with a smaller double bed. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside there is a terrace from the dining area, which provides plenty of shade and has a large table and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as a corner sofa unit.

From the terrace are steps that lead down to a sunbathing area with large fixed daybeds which overlook the pool.

There are additional steps that lead down to the pool area where there are sunbeds and more space to sunbathe.

There are also steps leading up to a roof terrace with stunning sea views and an outside kitchen and dining table.

If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful villa, it is just a 15 minute walk to the beach and local shops, bars/restaurants are just a 10 minutes away.

Living Areas

A spacious entrance hall leads into an open-plan living/dining & kitchen area with doors to terrace.

The large living area is separated from the dining area and kitchen with a large arch and has a comfy L-shaped sofa, coffee table and a large fireplace. There is a Smart TV so that you can access Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, a music system & WIFI.

The dining area has a dining table and chairs and doors leading out to the terrace.

The kitchen is open-plan and has an electric hob & oven, dishwasher, washing machine plus all the crockery and cutlery that you will need for a self-catering holiday.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The Master suite has a double bed, a dressing room and a unique bathroom which is in keeping with the traditional Menorcan style. This en-suite has a vanity unit, shower and toilet.

Two of the bedrooms, accessed from the entrance hall are doubles and share a bathroom, again in the same style as the Master suite. This bathroom has two sinks, a half bath with large overhead shower and toilet.

Off the kitchen, reached via a short passageway, is the annexe bedroom with a small double bed and en-suite with sink, large walk-in shower and toilet.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside Space

Outside there is a terrace from the dining area, which provides plenty of shade and has a large table and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as a corner sofa unit.

From the terrace are steps that lead down to a sunbathing area with large fixed daybeds which overlook the pool. The pool is 9m x 4m

There are additional steps that lead down to the pool area where there are sunbeds and more space to sunbathe.

There are also steps leading up to a roof terrace with stunning sea views and an outside kitchen and dining table.

Whilst the house itself is all one level it is worth noting that there are quite a few steps to access the different parts of the sunbathing areas and pool.

Location

Approximately 20 minutes’ walk to the beach and 15 minutes’ walk to the local bars/restaurants and shops in Binibeca Vell.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival, and there will be a light clean and change of bed linen and towels on stays of more than 7 nights (on bookings of 14 nights). Additional cleaning available on request, at a supplementary charge, minimum 2 hours. Additional change of bed linen and towels is available on request, at a supplementary charge of €14 per person (plus a further €22 charge for delivery and making of the beds).
