Overview

Los Arcos is a traditional property, boasting a spectacular position on the North side of the harbour, frontline with uninterrupted views of Isla del Rey. It is situated down a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area and steps lead down to the entrance of the property. While Los Arcos’ accommodation is spacious and all one level, there are steps down to the entrance, plus the pool area and terraces.

Living Areas

13 steps down to villa entrance;

On entering the villa there is a spacious hallway. From the hallway, to the right, there is the living/dining area, which is comfortably furnished equipped with Satellite TV, DVD player, and WIFI access. There are dual aspect doors from this room to the large wrap-around terrace, where there are spectacular sea views. The kitchen with cream units and a granite worktop is well equipped with electric hob & oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and door to terrace.

There is also a twin bedroom to the right of the hallway with an en-suite shower room.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

To the left of the hallway are the remainder of the bedrooms.

2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower room and one with doors to terrace, 1 further double bedroom with doors to terrace, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom.

Outside Space

From the living area, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms are doors leading out to the covered terrace, with lovely sea views, and table and chairs, and built-in barbecue for alfresco dining. From here, steps lead down to the swimming pool and sunbathing terrace, again with lovely sea views. Additional steps leads to further terraces, perfect for sundowners and once again for admiring the spectacular sea views.

Location

Approximately 5 minutes drive to the beach of Cala Mesquida and 10 minutes drive to the bar/restaurants and shops in the Port of Mahon.

A hire car is recommended although the water taxi, can be booked to ferry you across the harbour to either Mahon or Es Castell since the villa has its own jetty and mooring dock.

Other Items

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.

Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 22 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours.

Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 14 euros per person (plus a further 22 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.
