Overview

Located in a cul-de-sac, Casa Pitiusa is a striking property, which has been designed by one of Menorca’s best architects, and is just a five-minute walk from the family-friendly beach and resort of Punta Prima (which can be seen from most of the villa’s rooms). A beautiful contemporary villa, it is well-furnished and well-equipped with almost everything anyone could ask for in a top quality holiday home, with air-conditioning and central heating throughout

There a large pool on the main level, a children’s splash pool on the lower level, a mini gym, a good selection of open and covered terraces, as well as a built-in barbecue and dining zone equipped with table and seating, and finally wheelchair friendly, with a ramp down to the entrance and front door, a ramp down to the large pool and the first twin bedroom on the ground floor, with an en-suite shower room, which can accommodate a wheelchair and with assistance rails in the shower, and alongside the toilet and bidet too.

Living Areas

Lower ground floor - Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Ground floor – Entrance hall, spacious living/dining room, with doors to terrace, allowing plenty of natural light into the property. There is Satellite TV, a DVD player and a surround sound system. The whole property has WIFI access. An archway leads to a large kitchen with top quality units and appliances, electric hob & oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a shower room by the entrance.

Bedroom and Bathrooms

A corridor leads to the ground floor bedrooms;

1 twin bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite full shower room (which can accommodate a wheelchair and with assistance rails in the shower, and alongside the toilet and bidet too).

1 further twin bedroom with to terrace and en-suite full bathroom.

For the 5 bedroom option after the above bedrooms, the corridor has a dividing door, which is lockable, and leads to a further twin bedroom with doors to terrace. There is a large feature in-room shower. The toilet and bidet are separate.

For the 6th Bedroom option after this 5th bedroom, the corridor has a further dividing door, which is again lockable, and leads to a self-contained apartment. This apartment also has independent exterior access. There is a living/dining area with a king-size bed, breakfast bar to kitchenette with electric hob & oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher and a shower full room (walk-in shower).

First floor – 1 double bedroom with Satellite TV and doors to terrace. There is a feature in-room double vanity unit. The Jacuzzi bath, toilet and bidet are separate.

In addition, on this level there is a mini gym with treadmill and cross-trainer.

Note – there is a glass walled lift connecting the floors internally too.

Outside Space

The outdoors areas are on four levels: the balconies leading out from the upstairs bedrooms; the terrace outside the living/dining area, the next level down is where the large main pool is situated, as well as the outdoor dining terrace with built-in barbecue and finally the lower level with children’s splash pool. This is 13m long and has a standard depth of 0.75m throughout.

Services

For stays of 7 nights, there will be an interim light clean and change of bed linen & towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be three interim light cleans and change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning is available on request at a supplementary charge, minimum 2 hours. An additional change of bed linen and towels is available on request at a supplementary charge of €14 per person (plus a €22 charge for delivery and making of the beds).

Other Items

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Air-conditioning throughout.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.

Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 22 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours.

Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 14 euros per person (plus a further 22 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Central heating throughout, available at a supplementary charge (to be advised at the time of booking, if requested).
