Overview

We are delighted to present La Sirena, a charming frontline villa set in the peaceful coastal resort of S’Algar on Menorca’s beautiful southeast coast.

Just a short stroll from the villa, you’ll find a small selection of bars/restaurants and the newly opened beach club. Many of the island’s most picturesque beaches are also within easy reach by car, making La Sirena an ideal base for exploring Menorca’s coastline.

Thoughtfully designed and beautifully appointed, La Sirena offers comfort throughout. The spacious open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bright, airy, and perfect for unwinding. There are five well proportioned bedrooms, each with its own en suite shower room, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

At the front of the property, the 9m x 4m swimming pool, with gentle corner steps, sits alongside a sunbathing terrace. A shaded outdoor dining area, complete with comfortable furniture and a brick built barbecue, provides an inviting setting for alfresco meals.

From the living area, doors open onto a further terrace with cosy seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A peaceful courtyard at the rear offers additional space, and from here a stone staircase leads up to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy lovely views across the coastline and soak in the tranquillity of S’Algar.

Outside Areas

La Sirena affords a frontline position in the small and tranquil resort of S’Algar. It is set on a plot with hedges surrounding the property.

The 9m x 4m swimming pool, with 3 steps into the corner, is set at the front of the property, with a lovely open terrace and sunbathing area, as well as a shaded terrace, with terrace furniture and a brick-built barbecue for alfresco dining.

From the living area, doors open onto a further terrace with cosy seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A peaceful courtyard at the rear offers additional space, and from here a stone staircase leads up to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy lovely views across the coastline and soak in the tranquillity of S’Algar.

Location

La Sirena is located in the small and tranquil resort of S’Algar, with a small supermarket and a small selection of bars/restaurants.

It is the only resort on Menorca’s southeastern corner which does not have a sandy beach, but it does offer bathing platforms, and the nearest small beach is at Cala Alcaufar (a 25 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes’ drive away). The resort of Punta Prima with its large beach, and bars/cafés/restaurants, is a 10 minutes’ drive away.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge - please check the details with us if required, in advance of your arrival.
