Overview

Villa Atalaya is located in the residential area of S’Atalaia, Binibeca, in the southeast of the island.

It sleeps 6 persons and offers comfortable accommodation on two levels.

The ground floor comprises the living/dining and kitchen area, as well as the 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom), 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, and stairs lead up to a mezzanine galleried sitting area, with doors to terrace, and wonderful views across and down to the coast.

Doors from the living/dining area lead out to a covered terrace with comfy sofa & chairs at one end, and table & chairs, and a nearby built-in barbecue, for alfresco dining at the other end.

Ahead is the swimming pool, with metal stepladder entry, set in an open terrace surround – a lovely spot for sunbathing, bordered by a garden with a small lawned area and bushes & flowering shrubs.

Next door to Villa Turquesa, and when booked together, these two villas are the ideal combination for two families or a large group wishing to holiday together, while looking for the independence and privacy of their own accommodation.

Staircase up from the living/dining area to the first floor and a mezzanine galleried sitting area with doors to terrace - ideal for relaxing, reading or those quiet moments – and lovely views of the surrounding area & coast.

Note – Care should be taken with the horizontal railings & the balustrade on the mezzanine galleried sitting area.

Location

Located in the residential area of S’Atalaia, Binibeca, 2.4kms from the beach & resort of Binibeca, as well as the beach & resort of Punta Prima.

The charming Cala Biniancolla is just 1.3kms away featuring a small harbour, bathing areas, bars/restaurants etc. and the picturesque Cala Torret is just 2kms away with a supermarket & restaurants on the seafront.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours. Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Hairdryers included, free of charge.

Air conditioning in the living area & the 2 double bedrooms (note – a fan is available for the 1 twin bedroom).
