Villa Turquesa is located in the residential area of S’Atalaia, Binibeca, in the southeast of the island.

It sleeps 8 persons and offers comfortable accommodation on one level.

It comprises the living/dining area with breakfast bar to kitchen, as well as the 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms & twin bedrooms), 1 bathroom and 1 shower room.

Doors from the living/dining area lead out to a covered terrace with comfy sofa & chairs at one end, and table & chairs, and a nearby built-in barbecue, for alfresco dining at the other end.

Ahead is the swimming pool, with stone step entry into the corner, set in an open terrace surround – a lovely spot for sunbathing, bordered by a garden with a lawned area and bushes & flowering shrubs.

Views across the surrounding area and down to the coast.

Next door to Villa Atalaya, and when booked together, these two villas are the ideal combination for two families or a large group wishing to holiday together, while looking for the independence and privacy of their own accommodation.

Location

Located in the residential area of S’Atalaia, Binibeca, 2.4kms from the beach & resort of Binibeca, as well as the beach & resort of Punta Prima.

The charming Cala Biniancolla is just 1.3kms away featuring a small harbour, bathing areas, bars/restaurants etc. and the picturesque Cala Torret is just 2kms away with a supermarket & restaurants on the seafront.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours. Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).
