Situated on an elevated position, Casa Vista Ludo boasts breathtaking views of the 2nd hole of the Corks nine on Pinheiros Altos golf course. This charming villa has been recently renovated with modern fittings which effortlessly combine contemporary with traditional Portuguese style. Additionally, a newly added Petanque pitch awaits you.

Air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-Fi are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area have been tastefully furnished, the lounge has comfy sofas and chairs, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), there is a Bang & Olsen speaker, split unit air conditioning and patio doors open onto the pool. Steps lead up to the dining area furnished with a table and seating for ten people.

The modern kitchen is complete with a central island and is fully equipped with appliances including a double wine cooler, 2 x dishwashers, Nespresso coffee machine, integrated Bosch double ovens and a microwave, a fridge and a separate freezer, toaster, five electric hobs, extractor and a kettle. Patio doors open onto the pool side terrace. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

The air conditioned gym includes a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) a multi trainer, a treadmill and an en suite shower room. Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a twin room (which can be made up as a double upon prior request) with a walk-in dressing room, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a freestanding bath tub and a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a large balcony with amazing views over the golf course and Ludo valley. Bedroom four is a twin room (which can be made as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a freestanding bath tub, walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony.

Outside Space

This unique property is situated on an elevated position at the end of a cul-de-sac, giving it a enviable level of privacy, its East facing position allows amazing sunrise views over farmland and in the distance the 2nd hole of the Corks nine on Pinheiros Altos course. The garden is laid to lawn with faux grass and boasts an abundance of Portuguese flowers and plants. The infinity pool measures approximately 10m x 5m and has steps for convenient entry (which can be heated for an weekly supplement), there is also an electric pool cover to help retain the heat at night. Soak up the sun on one of the sun loungers provided or on the double day bed, there are also three parasols if you prefer a little shade. The covered eating area with a ceiling fan is complete with a table and seating for eight people. Perfect for the budding chefs in the group is the outside kitchen with a worktop, sink, two fridges and a gas BBQ. Additionally, watch the family compete in a game of Petanque on the newly built pitch.

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and borders the 14,800 hectare Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, an international haven for rare and endangered nesting and migrating birds.
