Overview

Villa Charlotte is a delightful 4+1 bedroom villa situated in a prime location overlooking the golf course in the beautiful resort of Pinheiros Altos, Quinta do Lago. With four en suite bedrooms in the main house and a separate one bedroom annexe, also en suite, this property sleeps up to 10 persons. With underfloor heating, wi-fi internet and air conditioning in all the bedrooms- included in the rate.

Guests staying at this villa are entitled to discounted rates on the Pinheiros Altos golf course.

Living Areas

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, wine chiller, gas hobs, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer. Separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Living room with a TV with DVD player and a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV. CD player. From the living room, patio doors open to the poolside terrace and a couple of steps lead up to the dining area with table and chairs for 10 persons.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the main house. Bedroom one has twin beds, a/c and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed, a/c, an en suite with shower unit and patio doors leading to the pool area. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Bedrooms three and four are situated on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the master double suite with wall mounted TV, a/c, doors to the terrace with pool and golf views which is private to the suite, a dressing area and a large en suite bathroom with bath and shower unit.

Bedroom four is a twin bedroom (2 twins together to make a double), a/c and an en suite shower room.

The separate annexe is situated next to the villa entrance forecourt, and is complete with a double bed, a/c, a TV with cable channels, a small fridge and an en suite with shower.

Outside Space

The pool measures approximately 10 x 5 metres with steps entry(Pool can be heated for a supplemental charge) The shallow end of the pool measures 0.7 metres, the mid-level 1.0 metres and the deep end is 2.00 metres in depth. The lower level of the grounds, adjacent to the golf course, are laid to lawn, a suitable area for the children to play. Shaded terrace with dining table and chairs and gas BBQ. There is plenty of space for parking on the villa entrance forecourt. Please note that there is a Jacuzzi at the rear of the plot but this is not in operation.

Location

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.

Other Items

During Premium and High season, price includes daily maid service (Monday to Friday) of two hours. Linen and towel change would be weekly (therefore only rentals of two weeks would have change).

On all other dates, maid service would be supplied 3 times a week. Linen and towel change same as above.

A cot and highchair are available upon request.Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Please note that the exterior photos for this villa were taken during the Winter months when the sun is lower in the sky- so because of this there is some shading on the pool. We will take new exterior photos in the springtime.
