Casa Colina do Mar is a spectacular contemporary five bedroom villa overlooking the 18th fairway of the Quinta do Lago North Course. The villa has a lift operating between the lower, ground and first floor levels of the property, a cinema room and entertainment area and wi-fi internet and air conditioning included in the rate. Highly recommended!
This villa only accepts maximum of 10 persons.
Living Areas
Lovely living room with a flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV and separate dining room. The kitchen is open plan with a 'snug' area with comfy seating and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Kitchen appliances include a wine chiller; gas hobs, microwave, convection oven; dishwasher and fridge freezer. Patio doors lead directly to the breakfast terrace and integrated gas BBQ.
On the lower level of the property is a spacious entertainment area with comfortable seating, pool table, table tennis table and small gym with cross trainer, running machine and free weights; a home cinema room with a wall mounted 46'' flat screen TV with cable channels including Sky Sports and a DVD player; a guest cloakroom and a laundry room complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and additional fridge freezer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the ground floor and this is a double room (1.80 x 2.00 metres double bed) with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is also on the ground floor and this is a double room (1.80 x 2.00 metres bed) with an en suite shower room.
The large Master suite is situated on the first floor of the villa and features a spacious dressing area; an en suite bathroom with spa bath and separate walk-in shower; double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres) and doors to the superb terrace with golf views.
Bedrooms four and five are on the lower level of the villa, bedroom four is a twin bedroom (2 twins together) with an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and bedroom five is a double bedroom (2 twins together to make a double) with an en suite shower room.
Outside Space
The exteriors of Casa Colina do Mar overlook the 18th fairway of the Quinta do Lago North course. Raised terraces with portable gas BBQ and rolling lawn gardens. The large swimming pool measures approximately 14 x 6 metres, with a deep end of 2.30 metres and a shallow end of 0.90 metres. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.

This stunning villa is ideally situated near the 4th roundabout in the luxury resort of Quinta do Lago, with many facilities within walking distance, including the tennis academy, golf club house, driving range, mini-golf and Koko lane.
Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
