Overview

Villa Adeleide in Quinta do Lago is a beautiful six bedroom property built on three levels. With peaceful, relaxing exterior areas, including a large private swimming pool surrounded by an extensive lawn garden. The villa benefits from a heated pool with a pool cover and private gardens in a very peaceful location. Perfect for families!

Also features electric shutters and parking for four cars. Centralised air conditioning with individual room controls and Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The entrance hallway leads to the open plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen with ample comfy sofa seating, a large flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).

The dining area has a table with seating for eight people. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a central island breakfast bar with five stools, an American fridge freezer, an integrated Siemens coffee machine, two combi-ovens and a separate microwave, an electric oven, five electric induction hobs, dishwasher, wine cooler, toaster, kettle, and a juicer. Also in the kitchen is a wall mounted, flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the lounge.

Situated off the lounge is a snug TV room with sofa seating and a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports (again please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).

On the lower level of the property, which is the same level as the pool, you will find the utility room, games room, and bedrooms five and six (see details later in the description). The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, an extra American fridge freezer, and the iron and ironing board. The games room has a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, a Sonos soundbar, split unit air conditioning, comfy sofa seating, a table tennis table, and patio doors to the lower pool terrace with comfy sofa seating. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor, you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc) and patio doors opening onto the upper poolside terrace. En suite full bathroom with a free standing bathtub, a walk-in shower, and double vanities. Stairs from the entrance level lead you up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room with a wall mounted, flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the other TVs, a dressing room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, and patio doors open onto a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. Outside Space

The upper terrace situated off the kitchen is furnished with a large dining table with seating for eight people, a gas BBQ with a food preparation area, comfy chairs and a parasol for a little shade! Steps lead down to the poolside terrace with sunbeds for you to relax and soak up the Algarve sunshine, laid to lawn in areas with magnificent golf course views. The pool measures approximately 12m x 5m and has steps entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge and there is a pool cover available to help retain the pool temperature at night.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

The centrepiece of all this scenic splendour is the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. Formed in the 18th century by a great oceanic earthquake, today Ria Formosa is a continually changing landscape of saltwater marshes, exceptional greenery and freshwater lagoons. There is so much to discover and so many ways to discover it either by yourself or through biking, walking or floating tours.

Air conditioning is available throughout, a central system with individual room controls on the ground and upper level; and split units in the lower level bedrooms.
