Overview

Villa Bondade is a beautiful four bedroom villa with private pool and children's pool. Located on the picturesque Pinheiros Altos golf resort in Quinta do Lago. With generous outdoor space, bright and spacious interior and furnished to a high standard throughout, Villa Bondade is the perfect place for you and your family to relax on your Algarve villa getaway. Living Areas

The bright and spacious open plan lounge and dining area are furnished with ample comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels, including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports (please bring your own log-in codes to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime etc), split unit air conditioning and double patio doors opening onto the garden and pool area. Three steps lead up to the dining area with split unit air conditioning, and a round dining table with seating for eight people. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, wine cooler, extractor, Nespresso coffee machine, ground coffee machine, kettle, electric oven & grill, toaster, dishwasher, blender, juicer and four electric induction hobs.

Off the kitchen is the gaming room/office complete with a desk, ample comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the lounge, an X box and a PlayStation 4 (please bring your own games). There is also a utility room off the kitchen which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the pool area. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the upper garden terrace.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three has two twin beds together to make a double (these beds can be separated upon prior request), split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom four is the master double suite with a super king size bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV, split unit air conditioning, dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a balcony overlooking the pool.

Outside Space

The entrance gate opens onto a cobblestone driveway with parking for plenty of cars. The villa is surrounded by serene garden hedges and greenery and is laid to lawn in areas. At the rear of the villa you will find the pool area and sunbathing terrace. The terrace boasts a large pool measuring approx. 10m x 5m which can be heated (extra weekly supplement applies) and includes an electric pool cover to help retain the heat at night. For the kids, there is also a smaller pool attached.

The terrace around the pool is furnished with two parasols, eight sun loungers, comfy outdoor sofas and hanging chairs, the perfect spot to relax. The outdoor dining area is complete with a dining table and seating for eight, with a built-in charcoal BBQ, food preparation area, a sink and a fridge. There is a table tennis table and an outdoor stone shower too. This space really is great for a family holiday.

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and borders the 14,800 hectare Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, an international haven for rare and endangered nesting and migrating birds. Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
