Sun-hat are delighted to introduce Casa Elodie, a charming four-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool and outdoor gym area. Set within beautifully landscaped gardens and ideally positioned in the exclusive Pinheiros Altos Golf Resort, the villa enjoys lovely views across the golf course. Its prime location offers easy access to the golden beaches, excellent restaurants and world-class golf courses that make Quinta do Lago one of the Algarve's most sought-after destinations.

Living Areas

From the entrance hall, three steps lead down to the spacious living room, furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs. This welcoming space features air conditioning, a fireplace and patio doors that open directly onto the pool terrace, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the room.

The open plan kitchen and dining area is well equipped, appliances include an American style fridge freezer with water dispenser, wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, cafetière, toaster, kettle, juicer, air fryer, dishwasher, five ring electric hob, extractor fan, integrated oven, grill and microwave. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and provides access to the outdoor drying area.

For relaxed evenings indoors, the villa offers two separate TV lounges. The air conditioned snug features comfortable sofa and armchair seating, a wall mounted Smart TV and a selection of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Guests can also access streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime using their own login details. Patio doors open onto the garden terrace.

A second TV room provides additional space to unwind and is equipped with a Smart TV, DVD player and a two seater sofa, making it ideal for children or guests seeking a quieter retreat.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two & three are located on the entrance level of the villa and can be prepared as either single or double rooms, upon prior request. Bedoom one is a twin room with 0.90m x 2.0m beds, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted TV, and an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is as bedroom one and enjoys an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail and patio doors leading to the garden. Bedroom three is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. This room has its own private entrance and features a well equipped kitchenette with appliances including a toaster, microwave, two electric hobs, an extractor, dishwasher, Krups coffee machine, washing machine, and a fridge. There is a comfortable seating area with a sofa & chair, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV.

On the upper level of the level you will find bedroom four which is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes, a flat screen TV, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, & double vanities. Patio doors from both the bedroom & the bathroom lead to a private balcony overlooking the pool and has lovely golf & countryside views. This balcony has a low wall and is not suitable for young children.

Outside Space

The standout feature of this charming villa is its beautiful garden and pool area, designed for relaxing days spent outdoors. The swimming pool measures approximately 12m x 5m and is fitted with an electric pool cover.

A seating area is furnished with a comfortable rattan sofa and chairs, creating the perfect spot to unwind with a book or enjoy a drink in the shade. Three steps lead to a small outdoor gym area, equipped with free weights, a weight bench and yoga mats, all sheltered beneath an electric awning.

The pool terrace offers fantastic views and is furnished with sun loungers and two parasols, while the peaceful garden offers far reaching views over Ludo Valley towards Quinta do Lago's Laranjal Golf Course & features lawns, colourful flowers, palm trees, orange trees and mature shrubs, creating a private and tranquil setting.

The poolside pavilion is sure to become the heart of outdoor living during your stay. It features a gas barbecue, food preparation area, sink, and a large dining table with chairs, making al fresco meals effortless. For added convenience, there is also an outdoor cloakroom with a walk-in shower.

Location

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and borders the 14,800 hectare Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, an international haven for rare and endangered nesting and migrating birds. Pinheiros Altos is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe.

Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are also on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and Bougainvillea Plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks, and a supermarket. Many other facilities can be found in the Quinta do Lago area, such as horse riding, wind surfing, and sailing. Pinheiros Altos is unquestionably the ideal location for the vacation of your dreams.

Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week with a mid-week bathroom towel change and a weekly bed linen & bathroom towel change. Pool towels, safe, and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
