Overview

Villa Max is a charming four bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, built on three levels & featuring a convenient internal lift spanning all three floors. Set within the beautiful Pinheiros Altos area of the prestigious and sought-after resort of Quinta do Lago, the villa offers spacious outdoor areas, and bright & airy interiors with elegant furnishings throughout. For added comfort, a Sonos sound system is available in the lounge, kitchen and the poolside terrace, allowing you to stream your favourite tunes directly from your Smart device. Villa Max offers the perfect setting for you and your family to relax and unwind on your Algarve getaway. For your entertainment there is a table tennis table on the lower level, ideal for some fun family tournaments. Air conditioning and high speed fibre optic Wi-Fi are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The air conditioned kitchen and dining area are of an open-plan design, creating a bright and welcoming space to relax. A wall mounted flat screen Smart TV provides a wide selection of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, & TNT Sports. For streaming services like Netflix & Amazon Prime, please bring your own log-in details. Patio doors lead directly from here to the private pool and the BBQ terrace, making outdoor dining simple.

The fully equipped kitchen features a central island and all the appliances you’ll need during your stay, including an American style fridge freezer, integrated electric oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, four electric hobs, an extractor fan, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee percolator, Nespresso coffee machine and a wine cooler. Just off the kitchen, the utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, extra fridge as well as an iron & ironing board. A door from here leads to the villa forecourt, ideal for bringing in shopping from the car. For added convenience, there is also a guest cloakroom near the entrance.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin room which can be prepared as a double upon prior request and is complete with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same selection of channels as previously mentioned and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the pool area.

Bedroom two is a king size double room which can be prepared as a twin upon prior request with split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's, fitted wardrobes & an en suite full bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

Stairs, or alternatively the lift, lead up to bedrooms three & four. Bedroom three is the master suite with super king bed and with split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same selection of channels as previously mentioned, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a private balcony furnished with two sun beds and offering golf course views.

Bedroom four is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same selection of channels as the previous TV's, a dressing area and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool.

Outside Space

The private, landscaped garden is laid to lawn in areas and features palm trees and lovely golf course views. The swimming pool measures approx.12m x 5m and has steps for convenient entry (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplement and includes a pool cover to help retain the heat in the evenings), there is also an outside shower for before or after a dip!

For the chefs in the group, two BBQ's are provided, a traditional charcoal Weber BBQ or a more modern gas BBQ, and this area has a handy food preparation counter and a sink. Enjoy your al-fresco meals at the two dining tables with total seating for ten people or alternatively relax with a good book on the shaded comfy sofa seating and make the most of the beautiful gardens, the Algarve sunshine and the balmy Summer evenings.

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and borders the 14,800 hectare Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, an international haven for rare, endangered, nesting & migrating birds. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre & the array of restaurants & entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.
