Sun-hat are excited to introduce you to Townhouse Phoebe, nestled in the exclusive Pinheiros Altos golf resort in Quinta do Lago. This stunning three-bedroom property has been completely renovated to a high standard to create a lovely contemporary property. As one of the Algarve’s most prestigious and sought-after holiday destinations, this property is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a touch of luxury. Air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi internet included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The living area of Townhouse Phoebe is open plan and comfortably furnished with a dining table and seating for six people, comfy sofa seating and two chairs, a 65" wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of international channels including some English speaking channels (please remember to bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Patio doors open onto the private terrace & garden.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a Nespresso coffee machine, four electric hobs, an extractor, Smeg Kettle & toaster, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, dishwasher, cafeteria and a wine cooler. Near the front door you will find the utility cupboard which houses the Miele washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All three bedrooms are on the upper level of the property. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors lead to a shared balcony with bedroom two. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors leading to the shared balcony with bedroom one. Both bedrooms one and two share the a separate shower room with a heated towel rail.
Bedroom three is the master suite with a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a freestanding bath tub and a walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to a private balcony overlooking the garden.
Outside Space
Patio doors from the lounge lead to the private, well maintained garden and terrace. The terrace is furnished with two sun loungers, there is a shaded area with comfy sofa seating and a dining table with seating for six people. For the budding chefs in the group there is also a gas BBQ, food preparation counter, an outside fridge and a sink.
Location
Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and borders the 14,800 hectare Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, an international haven for rare and endangered nesting and migrating birds. Pinheiros Altos is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area. Other Items
Rates include a mid-week maid cleaning service & bathroom towel change and a weekly bed linen and bathroom towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
