Overview

Townhouse Isla is a stylish three bedroom, semi-detached home offering a generously sized private garden and complimentary access to the 20m x 5m communal pool at Pinheiros Altos. Nestled in the heart of the Pinheiros Altos resort, it enjoys a prime location surrounded by the stunning 27-hole golf course and scenic landscapes. The property includes fibre optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning as part of the rental, and for added comfort during the cooler months, underfloor heating is available throughout.

Living Areas

The living and dining area are of an open plan design and are comfortably furnished with comfy sofa seating, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. The dining area is complete with a table and seating for up to eight guests. Patio doors off the lounge lead to the garden.

The kitchen is well equipped and has appliances including a fridge freezer, toaster, blender, kettle, electric hob and extractor, dishwasher, two integrated electric ovens, a microwave, a washing machine and a tumble drier.

There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Stairs lead up to the bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double room with a wardrobe, split unit air conditioning and patio doors to a front facing balcony with a small table and chairs. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors to the shared balcony with bedroom one. Bedrooms one and two share the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower unit and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom three is the master double suite with a super king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en-suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the garden with a small table and two chairs.

Outside Space

The garden is blessed with colourful planted beds and has lawn and terraced areas, different areas of which are bathed in sun all day. The exterior terrace is furnished with an outside dining table and seating for six people. There is a shaded area with comfy sofa seating, comfy chairs to relax and read your favourite book, two sun loungers and for the budding chefs in the party an outdoor charcoal BBQ is provided, perfect for cooking the families al-fresco meals.

There is free access to the communal pool and sun loungers at Pinheiros Altos which is approximately 20m x 5m, perfect for those wanting to exercise. It is cleaned daily and open from 9.30a.m. to 7.00p.m. In off-season months it is rarely used and in peak season there are still times when you may be the only people there!

Location

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and borders the 14,800 hectare Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, an international haven for rare and endangered nesting and migrating birds. Pinheiros Altos, with its 27 hole golf course is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. It boasts three independent circuits of nine holes which can be played in any combination, a luxury clubhouse, pro golf shop, two driving ranges and a fully equipped golf academy. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location Pinheiros Altos is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.

Rates include a mid-week maid cleaning service with a bathroom towel change and a weekly maid cleaning service with a bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
